What to expect:


Day 1:  Hanoi arrival – Airport pick up – Hotel check in (Meal: No)

Welcome you to Vietnam. Our driver will pick you up at Noi Bai airport and transfer you to the hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

Enjoy welcome drink and check in the hotel.

Free time to visit Hanoi old quarter to see the local life, taste the local street foods…

Day 2:  Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Cycling 1 Day (Meal: B,L)

8:00 – 8:30: Driver and tour guide will meet you at your hotel and depart the Hoa Lu – Tam Coc tour.

Bus will stop on the half way to get the break time after 1 hour and half in the bus. At this moment, you can stretch your legs and take some photos of countryside.

Keep heading to Hoa Lu – the ancient capital of Vietnam in 10th century under 2 Dynasties: Dinh and Le Empire. You will understand much more about Vietnam with King Dinh and King Le’s temple. Through this trip, you have the chance to find out about the history, culture, architecture, and development of Vietnam what is still maybe strange of you.

Then, bus will transfer you to the local restaurant where you have the buffet Lunch with a lot of local food. And one of most special and famous in Ninh Binh is goat meat.

After Lunch time, tour guide will help you understanding about Tam Coc before enjoy the rowing boat time on Ngo Dong River. Ngo Dong river meanders among the mountains and you will have the feeling that we are living in the most peaceful and beautiful place in the world. Boat takes you through the 3 caves ( Hang Ca, Hang Hai, Hang Ba ). You see not only the “Halong Bay on land”, but also you have the chance to meet the local farmers who is working in the rice field. Lovely time to understand more the local countryside’s life in Vietnam.

After rowing boat time in Tam Coc, you are riding bicycle to the paddy field and through the local village to discover the simple daily life of local people, you will have the awesome experience in the country.

16:00: Get back the bus and heading back to Hanoi. Saying goodbye the lovely point.

18:30: Arrive the hotel in Hanoi old quarter.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay “non-touristy area” - Overnight on Cruise (Meals: B, L, D)

7:00 – 8:00: Tour guide will come to pick you up at suggested places around Old Quarter for Lan Ha bay.

12:30: Embark at Ben Beo harbor, Cat Ba Island. Transferred by tender to the Cruise.

Greeted by crew members followed by welcome drinks, get cruise briefing and check in cabin.

13:00: Savor lunch on board while cruise heads to center of Lan Ha Bay.

15:00: Explore Dark & Bright Cave by kayak or bamboo boat and go for swimming in nearby area. Come back to cruise later to enjoy sun set party and cooking class.

18:00: BBQ Dinner will be served

19:15: Enjoy free time on your own with karaoke singing or try your luck with squid fishing…

Day 4: Viet Hai fishing village – Halong Bay - Hanoi (Meal: B, L)

07:00: Enjoy a new day with complimentary tea and coffee served for light breakfast on board

07:45: Ride the bicycle through the forest to Viet Hai Village (5km). Take a short trek through the forest. Go back to harbor by bicycle.

10:00: Check out your cabin. Enjoy the view while Emerald cruise heads back to Cat Ba town.

10:30: Brunch will be served on board.

12:00: Disembark Ben Beo Harbor. Say good bye to Lan Ha Bay, we start to go back to Hanoi.

16:00: Tour guide drops you back at your hotel.

Day 5: Hanoi free day – Overnight train to Da Nang (Meal: B)

Hanoi old quarter – the most interesting area in the capital of Vietnam. You can spend today to walking around to visit Hoan Kiem Lake, tasting the street food, Egg coffee. Participating the Cooking Class to learn how to cook Vietnamese food. Experiencing the local life at local Thanh Ha Market, or just walk around shopping souvenir.

Until the transferred time to the train station, driver will pick you up at your hotel and drive to Hanoi train station for the train to Da Nang.

Train takes about 16 hours, along the train trip, you have the chance to see how beautiful is Vietnam with countryside scenery, local farmer’s life, simple and warmly villages…

Day 6: Da Nang arrival – Hoi An check in (Meal: No)

Our driver will pick you up at Da Nang train station and transfer you to Hoi An.

Day 7: Rice planting & Fishing Trip (Meal: B,L)

8:00: Picking you up at your hotel by mini- van, we will bring you over the countryside where bike are available to ride (If you don't know how to ride bicycles, please use our scooter "XE OM" services and you pay the extra 120,000 VND). You start the day by cycling to the local farmer in Cam Thanh Ecological village. Here you are greeted by a local host and then you join with them how to grow wet rice with their family.

Starting farming work like plough and raking with buffalo, riding water buffalo, learning how to transplant rice, flooding farm, grinding rice, pounding rice.

After then, tour guide and van will bring down to a local fishing village. You will be boarded on boat. Joining to go fishing with local fishermen at Phuoc Hai local fishing boat to experience local cast net CHAI. Continue to visit water coconut palm jungle, enjoying the basket boat and visiting the water coconut palm forest. Learn how to learn origami such as grasshoppers, flowers, rings, caps, bracelets toys made from water coconut leaves..., Having a fun to catch crab around the water coconut palm forest and after then boarding back boat, Captain Cook will cook for your lunch/dinner (morning time you will get lunch and afternoon time you will get dinner on boat) and cold beer or soft drink we will bring you back to your hotel.

14:00: Arrive your hotel. You get the free time to walk around exploring the beauty of Hoi An old town.

Day 8: Hoi An free and easy (Meal: B)

Hoi An old town is a lovely place to relax and find out the traditional custom and architecture. Leisurely time walking around the town, taking photo of old house with Chinese and Japanese combination; Tasting a nice coffee on river side…All will be very memorable.

If you want to swim on the white and yellow sandy beach, it is a good time to relax on the beach in Hoi An. Sunbathing on the sunny beach, diving in the pure water, taste some local foods on the beach. It is hard to have the second time in our life.

Day 9: Hoi An – Da Nang airport – Ho Chi Minh city (Meals:B)

Today, you have free time to visit Hoi An town until the time Driver pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to Da Nang airport for flight to HCM city.

Day 10: Mekong Delta – Cai Be floating village (Meal:B,L)

You are picked up at hotel between 7:30AM to 8:00AM and start a full day to explore the Mekong Delta. For those with just a short time, this trip provides an overview of this typical Vietnam. On the way you can see the green paddy fields stretching towards the horizon (3 hours drive).

After arrival in Cai Be, we will on board for an exploration of lush vegetation of Mekong Delta and the lively floating market buyers bargaining. Next a rowing boat rides on the maze of shady canals to arrive at a local orchard to visit the daily activities the handicraft villages of local people.

Break time for lunch at the fruit garden.

After lunch, take a boat along the Mekong River to Vinh Long - a center of tropical fruit; stop for a short visit to Vinh Long market. Go across My Thuan suspension bridge and drop by Mekong Rest Stop before going back to Saigon.

Day 11: HCMC – Bus to Phnom Penh Cambodia – Check in hotel (Meal: B )

Pick up from the hotel to bus station, Bus starts at 7.00 am and drive to Moc Bai border gate to enter Cambodia (bus time 6 – 7 hours). You will get visa on arrival with the help of bus crew (on request) for you to pass Cambodia.

Arrive Phnom Penh. We meet our driver (no guide) and transfer to hotel for check in.

The balance of the day free for your own times in capital.

Day 12: Phnom Penh’s Past & Present (Meal: B, L)

After meeting our tour guide, we will learn about the dark side of Cambodia – Its more recent turbulent and harrowing history. Initially you visit the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum (also known as S21), ironically a former school, located in a quiet Phnom Penh suburb, this was the infamous Khmer Rouge prison / torture Centre. Once you have gained an initial insight of the brutality of the Khmer Rouge regime you will be driven 15km from Phnom Penh to visit the 'Killing Fields'. This is where Toul Sleng prisoners were forcibly marched and then executed; it is now a memorial site located in a beautiful tranquil setting.

Visit to the Royal Palace compound build in 1866 by the Predecessors of King Norodom, is the most conspicuous feature and also one of impressive colorful Khmer-style Palaces. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), display plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made by diamond, emerald, gold and silver. We continue to Wat Phnom is a Buddhist temple located in center of Phnom Penh city. We will stop at Central Market is located in the heart of the Phnom Penh. The Khmer name of the market is Phsar Thmei, which translates to “new market”. The Central Market was built in 1937 during the French colonial period, in Art Deco style, and is painted bright ochre.

Day 13: Phnom Penh - Bus to Siem Reap - Check in hotel (Meal: B )

Pick up by bus company and we take shuttle bus to Siem Reap and it takes 6 hours to arrive Siem Reap. Upon arrival at Siem Reap bus station, we meet our driver (no guide) and transfer to hotel for check in.

Day 14: Siem Reap - Angkor Thom - Angkor Wat Temple (Meal : B,L)

After breakfast, then we drive to Angkor Thom that was the masterpiece of King Jayavarman VII.

We visit Bayon Temple. At the exact center of Angkor Thom, this is an eccentric expression of the creative genius and inflated ego of Cambodia’s most celebrated king.

We continue to visit Terrace of the Leper King. Along the Terrace of Elephants, originally used as a viewing gallery for the king to preside over parades, performances and traditional sports. At the southern end lies the Baphuon, once of the most beautiful temples at Angkor, dating from the reign of Uditayavarman 1 in the 11th century.

After lunch, we continue to Ta Prohm "Tomb Raider" fame. Ta Prohm has been abandoned to the elements, a reminder that while empires rise and fall, the riotous power of nature marches on, oblivious to the dramas of human history.

We journey out to the Mother of all temples, Angkor Wat. Believed to be the world's largest religious building, this temple is the perfect fusion of symbolism and symmetry and a source of pride and strength to all Khmers.

Day 15: Siem Reap - Departure (Meal: B)

Transfer SIEM REAP airport (no guide) for departure to next destination. It’s time to say goodbye, we thank you for traveling with us and warmly welcome you to come again.
